Step 1 — Login
1

Access Admin Panel

Go to https://fidasystem.com/admin.html and log in with your username and password.

Step 2 — Create Tournament
2

Create a New Tournament

Go to the Tournaments tab → Click + New Tournament.

  • Tournament ID: Unique identifier. Format: YEAR-MONTH-CITY (e.g. 2026-05-SONGDO). Cannot be changed after creation.
※ Duplicate IDs will cause system malfunctions. If two or more tournaments occur in the same city within the same month, please add a number after the city name (e.g., SONGDO1, SONGDO2).
  • Tournament Name: Official display name shown to participants (e.g. 2026 Songdo FIDA International)
※ Unlike the Tournament ID, the Tournament Name can be edited and updated at any time.
  • Date / Location: Event details. When a participant selects this tournament during team registration, the venue and period are automatically displayed below the tournament selector to help prevent selection errors.
  • Tournament Description (optional): A short note shown to participants when they select this tournament during registration — displayed together with the venue and period. You may include entry fee, support provided, or an info link. Maximum 500 characters. Write in any language; no auto-translation is applied — the text is shown exactly as entered.
  • Registration Open: Toggle to manually open or close team and player registration. This toggle takes priority over all other settings.
    • When set to Open: Registration is active. Teams and players can register.
    • When set to Closed: Registration is immediately blocked for both teams and players.
    • Even if the registration deadline has passed, the organizer can forcefully reopen registration by switching this toggle to Open. In this case, the organizer must manually close it again when needed.
  • Registration Close Date & Time: Set an automatic deadline for registration. Once this date and time passes:
    • New team and player registrations are automatically blocked by the server — no admin action required.
    • The tournament will no longer appear in the registration list shown to participants.
    • The toggle status in the admin panel will automatically update to Closed the next time the Tournaments tab is loaded.
    • If no deadline is set, registration remains open until the toggle is manually closed.
The Tournament ID is permanent. Use a clear and consistent naming convention.
3

Link Google Sheet for Registration Data

To automatically collect team and player registration data, link a Google Sheet. The system will automatically set up the required tabs and column headers — no manual setup needed.

  • Create a blank Google Sheet: Go to sheets.google.com and create a new blank spreadsheet. You do not need to create tabs or enter any headers manually.
  • Share Access: Click Share in Google Sheets → set access to "Anyone with the link" as "Editor". This step is required — the system cannot write to the sheet without Editor access.
  • Get Sheet ID: Copy the string of characters between /d/ and /edit from the URL and paste it into the Google Sheet ID field in the tournament settings.
  • Click Create Sheet: Click the Create Sheet button next to the ID field. The system will automatically create two tabs (Team Registration / Player Registration) and populate the column headers.
    • If setup is successful, a green confirmation message will appear. Open your Google Sheet to verify.
    • If setup fails, a red error message will appear asking you to check that sharing is set to Editor. Correct the sharing setting and click Create Sheet again.
    • Clicking Create Sheet more than once is safe — headers are only written if the row is empty, so existing data will not be overwritten.
Do not rename the tabs or alter the column structure after setup. For data processing, download or copy the data to a separate Excel file.
Step 3 — Manage Teams
4

Review Registered Teams

Go to the Teams tab. Select a tournament to see all registered teams with their details: country, category, representative name, email, and registration date.

5

Approve Teams

Click the mail Approve button next to each team to approve their registration. An automatic confirmation email will be sent to the team representative from no-reply@fidasystem.com.

Only approved teams will be included when sending team data to the Tournament Manager (bracket system).
6

Send Tournament Notice

Go to the Notice tab. Select a tournament, enter a subject and message, and click email Send Notice. The email will be sent to all registered teams from info@fidasystem.com.

7

Send Teams to Tournament Manager

When registration is closed and all teams are approved, go to the Teams tab → Click emoji_events Send to Bracket. This transfers approved team data to the Tournament Manager system.

Registration must be closed before sending to Bracket. Only approved teams are transferred.
Step 4 — Group Draw
8

Issue Referee Keys

Go to the Referee Key tab → Select a tournament → Enter the number of Skyfences for Class 20 and Class 40 separately → Click Issue Keys. A unique 4-digit password will be generated for each Skyfence.

Share each key only with the referee assigned to that specific Skyfence. Issuing new keys will invalidate existing ones. Class 20 and Class 40 use separate Skyfences — National Class 20 and Club Class 20 share the same Skyfences, and National Class 40 and Club Class 40 share the same Skyfences.
9

Setup Group Draw

In the Group Draw tab → Group Draw Setup card → Select tournament and class. The Number of Skyfence is automatically loaded from the issued referee keys. Configure the remaining settings:

  • Teams per Group: Number of teams per group
  • Group Stage Sets: 1 Set or 3 Sets (Best of 3)
  • Knockout Sets: Sets for knockout matches
  • Advance per Group: How many teams advance from each group
10

Apply Settings & BYE Slots

Click settings Apply Settings & BYE. Group slots are generated and BYE slots are automatically assigned to balance uneven team numbers across Skyfences.

Below the group slots, a Knockout Bracket Preview is generated automatically: a mirrored tournament tree showing the full path to the Final with standard seeding placeholders (e.g. Group 1st · #1, Group 2nd · #3), Red/Blue Zone assignments, and BYE positions. Changing Advance per Group updates the preview instantly.

Use the PNG 1920×1080 / PNG A4 buttons on the preview to download the bracket as a fixed-format image — ideal for announcing the draw structure and zone rule to participating teams before the tournament.

BYE slots are distributed so that no single Skyfence gets all the BYEs — they are spread across Skyfences with the most groups first.
11

Assign Teams to Groups

Use casino Auto Draw for random assignment, or manually click a team name then click a group slot to assign it. BYE slots (block BYE) cannot be moved.

12

Confirm & Send to Bracket / Scheduler

Click check_circle Send to Bracket / Scheduler. This locks the draw, generates the full match schedule with consecutive-match avoidance, and sends everything to Tournament Manager. It also automatically populates the Scheduler tab with group draw data.

Once confirmed, referees cannot modify the group setup. Use Reset Draw if you need to start over — this will delete all match data for that class.
13

Reset Draw (if needed)

In the Group Draw tab, use the Reset Tournament Draw card to clear the group setup and all match results for a specific class.

This action cannot be undone.
Step 5 — Scheduler
14

Open the Scheduler Tab

After clicking Send to Bracket / Scheduler in Group Draw, go to the Scheduler tab. The following information is automatically filled in and cannot be edited here:

  • Tournament name and class
  • Number of teams and Skyfences
  • Teams per group and advancing teams
  • Group stage and knockout sets
  • Tournament days (calculated from tournament start/end date)
15

Set Match Variables

Adjust the following variables to estimate match duration accurately:

  • 3rd Set Probability — Estimated chance of a match going to 3 sets: 20% (large skill gap), 30% (medium), 40% (similar level).
  • Changeover Time — Time between matches for team changeover: 1 min (fast), 3 min (normal), or 5 min (ample).
  • Staff Assignment — Whether dedicated staff guide teams to the court. No staff adds 20% to total time; monitor-only adds 10%.
  • Interleaved Matches — During a 3-set match, the 5-minute rest time between sets is shared with another pair of teams on the same Skyfence. This significantly reduces total operating time when enabled.
Match time formula — 1-set: 5 min fixed. 3-set: 2-set finish = 3+5+3 = 11 min, 3-set finish = 3+5+3+5+3 = 19 min. Average = (1−p)×(11+changeover) + p×(19+changeover).
16

Set Daily Schedule & Unavailable Blocks

Enter the daily start and end times. Then add any Unavailable Time Blocks such as lunch breaks, opening ceremonies, award ceremonies, or exhibition matches. Each block requires a title, day selection, start time, and end time. Select All Days to apply a block to every tournament day.

Matches will not be scheduled during unavailable time blocks.
17

Calculate Schedule

Click Calculate Schedule. The system displays:

  • Total match counts and estimated time per stage
  • A daily timeline showing Group Stage, Knockout, and Final per Skyfence

The Final match is always assigned to SF 1 only. If total match time exceeds available daily time, matches carry over to the next day automatically.

Color coding: Blue = Group Stage · Red = Knockout · Yellow = Final · Purple = Unavailable block
Step 6 — Manage Players
18

View Registered Players

Go to the Players tab. Select a tournament and team to see all registered players with their photos, names, nationalities, and event categories.

19

Check for Duplicate Players

After selecting a tournament, click the Check Duplicates button to scan for players registered in multiple teams within the same tournament.

  • Red name — Player is registered in another team in the same class. This is a potential violation and must be investigated.
  • Green name — Player is registered in a team in a different class. Multi-class participation may be permitted depending on tournament rules.

Click on a highlighted player name to see the full list of registrations with team name, class, nationality, and face similarity score.

Only players from approved teams are included in the duplicate check. Players from unapproved teams are excluded automatically.
Duplicate detection is based on face recognition. Players must submit a clear, front-facing photo at registration. A photo that does not clearly show the face may not be detected correctly.
20

Player Photo Requirements

Inform all players of the following photo guidelines at registration:

  • The photo must be taken facing directly forward with the face clearly visible.
  • Avoid sunglasses, masks, hats, or anything that covers the face.
  • Use good lighting — avoid dark or backlit conditions.

Before each match, the referee will verify each player's identity using the registered photo. If a player's appearance does not match their registered photo, they may be denied participation.

A player registered in two or more teams within the same class will be automatically flagged as a duplicate in the admin system. Tournament organizers must take appropriate action before the match begins.
21

Issue Participation Certificates

Team and player participation certificates can be issued from the certificate page. Team certificates include the team photo strip and a tournament info box with a Final Ranking line showing the team's overall ranking in its class (e.g. Final Ranking: 5th of 26 teams) — calculated with exactly the same rules as the live Overall Ranking.

  • If the Final of that class is not finished yet, the ranking is marked (provisional).
  • A team entered in multiple classes under the same name receives a separate certificate per class, each with that class's ranking. The team dropdown shows the class next to each name so the correct entry can be selected.
  • Long team or player names are scaled down automatically so they never overlap the layout; with 7 or more people the name row is staggered in a zigzag to prevent overlapping labels.

Team Representative

Registers the team for a tournament and distributes the QR code to players for individual registration.

Super Pilot — How to Enter
6

What is Super Pilot?

Super Pilot is an individual speed-scoring event held alongside the main team competition. Pilots compete one at a time, scoring as many goals as possible within the time limit. Rankings are determined by goals scored. There are two categories: Class 20 Super Pilot and Class 40 Super Pilot.

Super Pilot is an optional event. It is only held at tournaments where the organizer has included it in the program. Check the tournament schedule to confirm whether Super Pilot is being held.
7

Eligibility

To enter Super Pilot, you must meet all of the following conditions:

  • You must be registered as a player in the main tournament — either in Class 20 or Class 40.
  • Player registration must be complete, including photo submission and team approval.
  • The number of Super Pilot participants and any additional eligibility criteria are determined by the tournament organizer in advance. Confirm with your team representative or the organizer whether you are eligible to enter.
Players who have not completed main tournament registration cannot enter Super Pilot. Registration for the main event must be done first.
8

How to Register for Super Pilot

When Super Pilot registration opens, go to the registration page using one of the following methods:

  • Scan the QR code displayed at the Super Pilot court — your phone camera is all you need.
  • Or go directly to https://fidasystem.com/superpilot-register.html on your phone.

On the registration page:

  • Select your tournament and class (C20 or C40).
  • Take a photo using your phone's front camera. The system uses face recognition to automatically fill in your name, nationality, and team from the tournament database.
  • If face recognition does not match, you can search by name and select your entry manually.
  • Review the match rules displayed on screen and check the agreement box.
  • Tap Register to Compete. You will receive a start order number confirming your entry.
Registration is quick — taking your photo is all that is needed in most cases. Make sure you are in good lighting and facing directly forward when taking the photo.
9

Match Rules Overview

The full match rules are displayed on the registration page before you submit. Key points to know:

  • Time limit: Each pilot has 2 or 3 minutes (set by the organizer) to score as many goals as possible.
  • Cutoff rules: Some tournaments apply cutoff checkpoints. If you have not scored the required number of goals by a specified time, your run ends at that point. A warning will be shown on the scoreboard 5 seconds before each cutoff deadline.
  • Ranking: Pilots who complete the full time without cutoff rank above pilots who were eliminated. Among pilots with the same result, more goals = higher rank.
  • Reruns: Whether reruns are permitted depends on the organizer's rules. If allowed, all run results are recorded, and your best result counts for the final ranking.
You can review the exact cutoff times and goal requirements on the registration page before you confirm entry. Make sure you understand the rules before competing.
10

On the Day of Competition

  • Arrive at the Super Pilot court before your scheduled start time. Check the scoreboard for your start order number.
  • When your number is called, approach the court and wait for the referee's start signal.
  • The referee will start the timer. Score as many goals as possible before time runs out.
  • Watch the scoreboard for cutoff warnings — if a warning appears, you must score the required number of goals before the cutoff time to continue.
  • When time expires or you are eliminated, the referee will record your result. Results appear on the scoreboard immediately.
Do not enter the court until the referee signals the start. Early entry may result in disqualification.

Referee & Broadcast Engineer

Records match scores for an assigned Skyfence. Group draw is set by the organizer in Admin.

This manual also provides guidance for Broadcast Engineers who assist referees and are responsible for live broadcasting. Broadcast Engineers use the same Skyfence referee key to access broadcast tools.

https://fidasystem.com/bracket.html
Step 1 — Login
1

Login with Skyfence Key

Go to https://fidasystem.com/bracket.html. Select your tournament from the dropdown, enter your 4-digit Skyfence key (provided by the organizer), and click Enter.

Your session is saved automatically. If you refresh the page, you will remain logged in.
2

View Your Match Schedule

After login you will immediately see the Group Stage tab with the match schedule set by the organizer. Your Skyfence tab is pre-selected. You can only input scores for matches assigned to your Skyfence.

The group draw is completed by the organizer in the Admin panel before the tournament. Referees cannot modify the group setup.
Step 2 — Before Each Match
3

Verify Players Before the Match

Before each match begins, both teams must present their players at the Skyfence. The referee must verify each player's identity to prevent ineligible players from competing.

  • Click the team name on the match card to open the Player List.
  • The registered photo and name of each player will be displayed.
  • Compare the photo on screen with the actual player standing in front of you.
  • If a player cannot be matched to a registered entry, they are not eligible to compete. Report to the tournament organizer immediately.
Player verification is mandatory before every match. Do not allow unregistered or unverified players to participate.
4

Match Rules Overview

Dronesoccer matches are played according to FIDA official rules. Key points for score recording:

Dronesoccer matches are conducted in accordance with FIDA official rules and the tournament regulations. Tournament regulations may vary by event. Regulations can be found in the Rules section at the bottom of the Standings tab in Referee Mode, and in the Rules tab in Viewer Mode. All referees must memorize the regulations before the match begins.

Step 3 — Recording Scores
5

Enter Match Scores

For each match, use the + and buttons to adjust scores per set. Red team controls are on the left, blue team controls are on the right.

  • Press + to add a goal, to subtract a goal.
  • The set number (1, 2, 3) is shown in the center of each score row.
  • The system automatically tracks set wins and calculates the match result.
Scores from other Skyfences are visible but not editable — only your assigned Skyfence matches can be modified.
6

Confirm Match Result

After all sets are complete, click Confirm to finalize the match. The match card will show Done. If you need to make a correction, click Cancel to revert the match to an editable state.

Once confirmed, the result is immediately visible to viewers and the organizer. Only cancel if there is a genuine error in the score.
Each Skyfence saves its data independently — confirming a match on SF1 will never overwrite scores from SF2 or SF3.
7

Check Standings

Go to the Standings tab to see live group standings and qualified teams. Rankings are calculated by: Points → Head-to-Head → Goal Difference (±9 cap per set).

8

Generate Knockout Bracket

After all group matches are complete, click Generate Knockout Bracket in the Standings tab. Seeding and BYE assignments are automatic: all group 1st-place teams are seeded above all 2nd-place teams, ranked within each tier by Points → Goal Difference → Goals → Set Wins (all four as per-match averages, each divided by matches played), and the top seeds receive the BYEs. Pairings follow the international standard seeded bracket, so the top seeds are spread apart and seeds 1 and 2 can only meet in the Final.

The Generate Knockout Bracket button becomes available only after all group stage matches have been confirmed.
Step 4 — Knockout Stage
9

Knockout Matches

Go to the Knockout tab. Record scores the same way as the group stage. Player verification is required before each knockout match as well.

  • The bracket automatically advances winners to the next round.
  • BYE teams automatically advance without playing.
  • The Knockout Bracket is displayed as a mirrored tournament tree with the Final at the center, connecting lines between rounds, and the 3rd Place match below the Final. Large brackets (32 teams) automatically scale to fit the screen.
  • Every team line carries a R (Red Zone) or B (Blue Zone) chip — the upper team plays in the Red Zone, the lower team in the Blue Zone.
  • Use the PNG 1920×1080 / PNG A4 buttons on the bracket card to download the bracket as a fixed-format image for broadcast or printing.
  • The champion is announced at the top of the bracket when the final match is confirmed.
Do not confirm a knockout match result until both coaches have acknowledged the score.
Step 5 — Broadcast Mode
10

What is Broadcast Mode?

Broadcast Mode is a live subtitle overlay system designed for use with live streaming software such as vMix or OBS. It allows the broadcast operator to display real-time subtitles during a Dronesoccer live stream on YouTube or other platforms.

To open Broadcast Mode, tap the Broadcast Mode button on the referee login screen, or go directly to https://fidasystem.com/broadcast.html.

Broadcast Mode is optimized for use on a dedicated laptop or tablet connected to the broadcasting PC. It does not require referee login.
11

Broadcast Mode Features

After selecting a tournament and Skyfence (court), the following subtitle displays are available with a single click:

  • Next Match Announcement — Displays the upcoming match, court number, and scheduled time.
  • Team Introduction — Shows team name, country flag, and player photos for both teams in the next match.
  • Group Standings — Displays the current standings of both teams' groups, showing their position and record leading into the match.
  • Performance Analysis — In the knockout stage, displays each team's preliminary stage performance and head-to-head statistics as a pre-match analysis subtitle.
All subtitles are designed as browser source overlays. In vMix or OBS, add the Broadcast Mode page as a Browser Source and place it over your camera feed.
celebration

Cheer & Prediction Overlay (cheer.html)

https://fidasystem.com/cheer.html is a chroma-key (green background, 1920×1080) overlay that brings spectator interaction into the broadcast. On launch it lists the active tournaments — select one and it starts immediately; you can also launch directly with ?tid=TOURNAMENT_ID in the URL.

  • Cheer Ticker — Spectator cheer messages from the viewer page scroll across the bottom of the screen in real time.
  • Fan Prediction Card — Shows the top 5 predicted champions with live percentages. Click the card to toggle the large version; the display rotates automatically through the opened classes every 5 minutes (clicking the class name switches manually and resets the timer). Classes without a group draw are excluded.
  • Champion Prediction Draw — A full-screen live draw among spectators who predicted the champion correctly. The winning team is loaded automatically from the confirmed Final result (the draw stays locked until the Final is finished), entrant names float on screen, and up to 5 winners can be drawn one by one, each shown with their name and entry number for on-site verification against their entry card.
Add cheer.html as a Browser Source (1920×1080) with chroma key on the green background, the same way as Broadcast Mode.
monitor

Venue Bracket Board (bracket-board.html)

https://fidasystem.com/bracket-board.html is a full-screen, auto-updating knockout bracket display for large venue monitors, so teams and spectators can always see where each team sits in the bracket. On launch it lists the active tournaments — select one and the board starts; you can also launch directly with ?tid=TOURNAMENT_ID (and optionally &cls=CLASS_NAME) in the URL.

  • Shows the full mirrored bracket tree with match numbers and Skyfence numbers (e.g. SF1 · M13) on every match, Red/Blue Zone chips, set scores, and winners in bold.
  • Refreshes automatically every 20 seconds — as results are confirmed, advancing teams appear on the board without any operator action. A CHAMPION banner appears when the Final is confirmed.
  • Class buttons in the header switch between the opened classes; the bracket scales automatically to fill the screen for any bracket size.
Open the page in a browser on the venue's big-screen PC and press F11 for full screen. No login is required.
12

How to Use with vMix / OBS

  • In vMix: Add Input → Web Browser → enter the Broadcast Mode URL. Resize to fit your output resolution (1920×1080 recommended).
  • In OBS: Add Source → Browser → enter the Broadcast Mode URL. Set width to 1920 and height to 1080.
  • The subtitle background is transparent (chroma key compatible). Place the browser layer above your video feed.
  • The broadcast operator controls subtitle changes in real-time by clicking the appropriate buttons in Broadcast Mode.
Keep Broadcast Mode open throughout the event. Refreshing the page will reset the current subtitle state.
Step 6 — Super Pilot
13

What is Super Pilot?

Super Pilot is an individual speed-scoring competition held alongside the main Class 20 and Class 40 team events. Each pilot competes solo, scoring as many goals as possible within a set time limit. Rankings are determined by the number of goals scored. There are two categories: Class 20 Super Pilot and Class 40 Super Pilot.

  • All Super Pilot participants must be registered in the main tournament first.
  • Super Pilot supports both subtitle overlay mode (for broadcasting) and full-screen display mode (for scoreboard/projector).
To access Super Pilot Setup, tap the Super Pilot Setup button on the referee login screen, or go directly to https://fidasystem.com/superpilot-setup.html.
14

Super Pilot Setup

Before the competition begins, the operator must configure the match settings at https://fidasystem.com/superpilot-setup.html.

  • Tournament selection — Select the active tournament from the dropdown list.
  • Class selection — Choose Class 20 Super Pilot or Class 40 Super Pilot.
  • Referee key — Enter the Skyfence referee key. The system automatically identifies which court (Skyfence) you are operating.
  • Background — Choose from default background, green chroma key (for vMix/OBS overlay), or upload a custom 1920×1080 image.
  • Time limit — Set the match time to 2 minutes or 3 minutes.
  • Cutoff rules — Set up to two cutoff checkpoints (1st Cutoff and 2nd Cutoff). For each cutoff, define the time threshold (in seconds) and the minimum goals required. A pilot who fails to meet the cutoff target is eliminated at that point.
After saving the configuration, the Setup page provides a QR code for player registration and direct links to the Game Screen and Player Registration page.
15

Cutoff Rules Explained

Cutoffs are optional time-based elimination rules. Example: if 1st Cutoff is set to 10 seconds / 2 goals, and 2nd Cutoff to 30 seconds / 5 goals:

  • At 5 seconds (5 seconds before 1st Cutoff), a warning appears on screen if the pilot has fewer than 2 goals.
  • At 10 seconds, if the pilot still has fewer than 2 goals, 1st Cutoff — Eliminated is displayed and the match ends.
  • At 25 seconds (5 seconds before 2nd Cutoff), a warning appears if the pilot has fewer than 5 goals.
  • At 30 seconds, if the pilot still has fewer than 5 goals, 2nd Cutoff — Eliminated is displayed and the match ends.
Cutoff times are checked automatically. The referee does not need to manually trigger cutoffs — the system handles them in real time.
16

Player Registration (Super Pilot)

Players register for Super Pilot using their phone by scanning the QR code provided by the referee, or by going to https://fidasystem.com/superpilot-register.html.

  • Select the tournament and class (C20 or C40).
  • Take a photo using the phone camera. The system uses face recognition to automatically fill in the player's name, nationality, and team from the tournament registration database.
  • If face recognition does not match (poor lighting, angle, etc.), players can search by name and select manually.
  • Review the match rules summary and check the agreement box.
  • Tap Register to Compete. The player is added to the entry list and assigned a start order number automatically.
Players must have completed main tournament player registration before they can register for Super Pilot. Face recognition uses the photo submitted during main registration.
17

Running the Super Pilot Game

Open the game screen at https://fidasystem.com/superpilot-game.html (the link is also available on the Setup page). The URL must include the tournament ID, Skyfence, and class parameters — the Setup page generates this link automatically.

  • The left panel shows the entry list with start order, photo, name, nationality, goals, and live ranking.
  • Tap a player's name to expand their photo and information in the center of the screen. Tap START to begin the match.
  • The right side of the screen is the goal input zone: tap the upper 4/5 of the right area to add a goal (+1), and the lower 1/5 to subtract a goal (−1).
  • When time expires, END is displayed. Tap SAVE to record the result, or CANCEL to discard.
  • After saving, the score animates into the ranking list and the next player can be selected.
  • Rankings update in real time as each result is saved. The top 3 are also displayed in the Current Ranking panel on the right side of the screen.
The game screen supports chroma key (green background). When using vMix or OBS, add the game screen as a browser source over your camera feed for a professional broadcast overlay.
A pilot who has already completed a run can be selected again for a rematch. Both results will be recorded and displayed. The best result is used for ranking.

Super Pilot Ranking Rules

Rankings are determined in the following priority order:

  • 1st priority — Pilots who completed the full time without cutoff elimination rank above pilots who were eliminated.
  • 2nd priority — Among pilots with the same cutoff result, the pilot with more goals ranks higher.
  • 3rd priority — Pilots eliminated at 2nd Cutoff rank above pilots eliminated at 1st Cutoff.
If a pilot competes more than once, only their best result is used for ranking. All individual results are visible in the entry list.

How to Watch Live Results
1

Open Live Scores

Go to https://fidasystem.com/viewer.html on any device — phone, tablet, or computer. No login or password is required.

You can also reach this page from the main hub at fidasystem.com/home.html by tapping the live_tv Live Scores button.
2

Select Tournament

Select the tournament from the dropdown list and click live_tv View Live Scores. You will enter immediately with no password needed.

3

View Group Stage Scores

The Group Stage tab shows all current match scores grouped by court. Each match displays the match number, team names, set scores, and status (Done / Pending). Scores update automatically every 30 seconds.

4

View Standings

The Standings tab shows the current group standings including points, wins, losses, and goal difference. Teams that have qualified for the knockout stage are highlighted in green.

5

View Knockout Bracket

The Knockout tab shows all knockout matches with match numbers, Skyfence assignments, and results. The champion is announced at the top when the final match is confirmed.

6

View Overall Ranking

The Ranking tab shows a live overall ranking of every team in the class, from the Champion down to the group-stage-eliminated teams. Positions confirmed by finished matches are marked as final; positions that can still change are shown as provisional. Teams with identical criteria share the same rank, and the following rank is skipped (e.g. two teams in 8th → next is 10th).

7

Cheer & Champion Prediction

Spectators can send cheer messages for their team and enter the Champion Prediction event. Predictions are per class — with 4 classes open you can enter up to 4 times (once per class) and receive an entry card for each. Winners are drawn live from correct predictors after the Final.

Entries close for a class as soon as its group stage ends: the team list is replaced by a notice in your device's language ("The group stage has ended, so entries are closed.").
8

View Tournament Rules

The Rules tab shows the tournament rules including group stage structure, BYE slot assignments, ranking criteria, and knockout stage rules.

9

Switch Between Classes

Use the class tabs at the top (National Class 20, National Class 40, Club Class 20, Club Class 40) to switch between different competition categories.

The refresh button in the top right corner manually refreshes the scores. Scores also refresh automatically every 30 seconds.

Group Stage BYE Slots

When team numbers don't divide evenly into groups, BYE slots are automatically assigned. BYE slots are distributed to Skyfences with the most groups first to balance match counts. Each group may have at most 1 BYE.

Knockout BYE Assignment

When the number of qualified teams is not a power of 2, BYEs are assigned in the first knockout round only. BYEs go to the top overall seeds: all group 1st-place teams rank above all 2nd-place teams, and within each tier teams are ranked by Points → Goal Difference → Goals → Set Wins, where all four criteria are per-match averages — each value is divided by matches played — so 3-team BYE groups and 4-team groups are compared fairly. No BYE vs BYE matches are allowed.

Knockout Seeding & Bracket

Knockout pairings follow the international standard seeded bracket: seed 1 plays the lowest seed, seed 2 anchors the opposite half (e.g. Round of 16: 1v16, 8v9, 5v12, 4v13 in one half; 3v14, 6v11, 7v10, 2v15 in the other). Seeds 1 and 2 can only meet in the Final, and seeds 1–4 can only meet from the Semifinals. The bracket is displayed as a mirrored tree with the Final at the center and the 3rd Place match below it.

Red Zone / Blue Zone

In every knockout match, the team shown on the upper line of the bracket plays in the Red Zone and the team on the lower line plays in the Blue Zone. Zone assignments are therefore fixed for the entire bracket the moment the draw is published — there is nothing to negotiate at the court.

leaderboard

Overall Ranking & Ties

The live Overall Ranking places teams by how far they advanced: Champion, Runner-up, 3rd and 4th (decided by the 3rd Place match), then Quarter-final losers, Round of 16 losers, and so on, with group-stage-eliminated teams ranked last and fixed as soon as the group stage ends. Losers within the same round are ordered by Set Diff → Adjusted GD → Total Goals, where a team defeated by an opponent that keeps winning receives +3 adjusted goal difference per further win by that opponent. Teams with identical criteria share the same rank and the following rank is skipped (e.g. two teams in 8th → next is 10th).
